Stadium Code of Conduct
There is a city, and one Bagdala, there is Napredak, the club I live for, ah! The Stadium of Youth, our place of joy, that’s where he plays, our red-and-white champion boy! Napredak! Napredak! Napredak!

In accordance with the Law on the Prevention of Violence and Improper Conduct at Sports Events, entry to the stadium is permitted only to individuals who possess a valid ticket and a personal ID. Persons under the age of 16 may enter the stadium only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Entry will be denied to any individual whose behavior or condition suggests a risk of causing any form of violence, as well as to individuals who have been legally banned from attending sports events by judicial authorities.
Security personnel will conduct checks and searches, including the use of technical equipment. Entry to the stadium will be denied to any individual who refuses to submit to security control or inspection by the stewarding service. Banners may not be placed on the fence surrounding the pitch-side sector if they obstruct the work of official personnel.

Firearms;
Objects of any kind that could be used for cutting, stabbing, striking, or otherwise causing injury;
Bottles, glasses, cans, containers, and other items made of hard packaging, glass, or any other material that could cause injury;
Pyrotechnic devices (fireworks, smoke powder, smoke or other pyrotechnic bombs);
Alcoholic beverages, psychoactive substances, medications, or stimulants;
Racist, extremist, political, or any material that promotes or incites violence;
Flags or banners larger than 2 meters. Smaller flags and banners are permitted, provided they are made of non-flammable materials in accordance with national regulations and standards;
Pepper spray, chemical substances, and any materials that are hazardous to health or highly flammable;
Bulky items (larger than 25cm x 25cm x 25cm), such as: ladders, tables, chairs, boxes, large bags and backpacks, sports bags, and suitcases;
Large quantities or rolls of paper;
Any other items that could endanger the safety of individuals or cause material damage.

Finally, we remind all attendees that every individual entering the stadium must respect and follow the instructions of the event organizer, stewards, police, fire department, medical services, and the official stadium announcer. Any individual who fails to comply with the issued instructions will be denied the right to remain in the stadium, and other legally prescribed measures will be taken.

Inside the stadium, the following is strictly prohibited:

  • Selling goods or tickets, distributing printed materials, displaying collections, or engaging in other promotional or commercial activities;

  • Climbing or sitting on the fence surrounding the pitch-side sector;

  • Entering the pitch area (except in cases of evacuation);

  • Throwing objects or liquids;

  • Lighting fires, launching fireworks, firecrackers, smoke powders, smoke bombs, or other pyrotechnic devices;

  • Using offensive language, displaying or spreading political or racist propaganda, slogans, or symbols;

  • Blocking or obstructing passageways and emergency exits;

  • Writing, painting, or attaching anything to structural elements, installations, or pathways;

  • Urination or defecation outside of designated sanitary facilities; standing on seating areas;

  • Littering outside designated waste bins;

  • Obstructing the work of stewards, police, fire services, or medical personnel;

  • Intimidating, coercing, insulting, or provoking others, including referees, players, club officials, and security staff;

  • Acting in a way that may be perceived by others as provocative, threatening, offensive, or discriminatory;

  • Using substances that may cause serious harm (toxins, dangerous or flammable materials, etc.);

  • Engaging in behavior that threatens life or safety, endangers others, or causes damage;

  • Entering restricted areas (locker rooms, functional rooms, VIP zones, media areas, etc.) that are closed to the public or unauthorized persons;

  • Consuming alcohol or other substances that may affect behavior;

  • Removing, damaging, or misusing any stadium property or equipment;

  • Wearing masks or face coverings that prevent personal identification.
